Last week Horseheads traveled to East Syracuse Minoa where both teams combined for nearly 1100 yards in rushing.

The Raiders have shown they are a second half team, but unable to overcome many leads by opponents. Perhaps Friday will have a different outcome as Horseheads visits Union Endicott.

Dave Kudgus and Andy Scott anchor our play by play. The pregame begins at 6:45 followed by kickoff at 7 pm.

It's time to tweak the machine as the regular season closes out this weekend.

Friday night Corning travels I-86 to meet Vestal. The Hawks have locked up a playoff berth in the AA bracket while the Bears will meet Union Endicott in the Class A title game.

This week though, both will put it all on the line as these long-time foes meet at Dick Hoover Stadium.

As always RLM SPORTS has coverage for you beginning with the pregame show at 6:45 pm.

Bob Michaels has the call with kickoff following at 7 pm.

It's been circled on the calendar since the schedule makers released the date, and now, the time draws near as three time NYS Champ Maine Endwell visits last season's semi finalist Elmira in a non-division showdown.

The Spartans and the Express are headed to possible State appearences, but first, bragging rights are at stake to claim the unofficial title as the BEST football team in Section 4.

M-E played to standing room only fans several weeks ago vs then undefeated, and State Champ Chenango Forks.

A record turnout is also expected this Saturday at Marty Harrigan Field in Elmira. Fans unable to attend in person may tune in Sports Radio 1410 WELM.

Bob Michaels has the call beginning at 1:15 pm from the region's busiest play by play group, RLM SPORTS.NET.
